Make the most of your images The Studio of Photographic Arts presents an introductory class covering the basics of Adobe Lightroom for photographers.

This practical application allows you to import, process, manage, and display your images. Make the most of your time and streamline your workflow by learning to use this powerful photographic tool!

What you will learn
Join us as we navigate our way through all Lightroom has to offer. We will learn about the Library module, where you can import, catalog, organize, rate, and export your images. We will also discuss Lightroom’s powerful non-destructive file editing tools in the Develop module, which handle both JPG and RAW files. In the third session, we will demonstrate the Slideshow, Print, and Web modules, which all the photographer to share their images and showcase their work.

What you need to know
Participants must be proficient in their computer’s operating environment (PC or Mac), i.e. opening files, using a mouse, etc.

What you need to bring
This class is taught through careful instructor demonstration. Students may bring their laptop with Lightroom installed to add to their experience, but it is not necessary. Note that a 30 day trial version of Lightroom is available from Adobe at their website.
